Production Scope

Founded by Alan McAlex, Production Scope is an elite production service company, established to deliver exceptional support for high-caliber international and domestic projects. The company's journey began with the BBC miniseries adaptation of Vikram Seth’s acclaimed novel, ‘A Suitable Boy,’ directed by Mira Nair.

Since then, Production Scope has continued to collaborate on prestigious international productions, including the powerful docu-drama ‘Into Dust,’ directed by Oscar-winning Orlando Von Einsiedel, Scott Burns’ captivating TV series ‘Extrapolations’ for Apple TV+, and the Amazon Prime series ‘Poacher,’ directed by Emmy Award winner Richie Mehta, which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival.

In 2024, two films serviced by Production Scope made their debut at Cannes: ‘Santosh,’ featured in the Un Certain Regard category, co-produced by BBC and BFI, and ‘Sister Midnight,’ showcased at Director’s Fortnight, produced in partnership with Film4 and BFI.

On the home front, Production Scope has recently completed ‘Pritam Pyare’ for Aamir Khan Productions, Netflix’s ‘Kaala Paani,’ and the first season of Sony LIV’s ‘Charlie Chopra.’
